You get to hear the stories of him loving every job he had from the floor of FirstBank to the HQ. Jim's roots started on a farm with his brothers and father, and it was there he complained about the snow- so he got a job with FirstBank in California to get away from brutal Midwest winters. Now Jim is a proud Coloradan and family man with two sons and two grandchildren.
